LOGI < 24 24 - 25.20 25.21 - 27.75 < 21 09-08-08: logi was already recommended earlier this year. it's fallen back to it's support levels, so buy it back again. sell at 27.75.
update 09-17-08: hold position.
EBAY < 23.50 23.50 - 24.68 24.69 - 30.98 < 20 09-07-08: ebay is a s&p five star corporation with no debt and a peg ratio that's less than 1.
update 09-08-08: typo - sell price should be under 20.
update 09-17-08: hold position.
GOOG < 430 430 - 451.50 451.60 - 584.99 < 387 09-06-08: it's goog. goog is transitioning from hardcore growth stock with insane ratios to a solid long-term investment. it's earnings have finally caught up with it's stock price. it's p/e ratio is in the low twenties now and it's peg ratio is less than 1. look to sell at 504.
update 09-29-08: hold position. if one sold, buy it back.
GRMN < 33 33 - 34.65 34.66 - 39.24 < 29.7 09-04-08: grmn is a 5-star s&p company with no debt. they make gps devices. look to sell at 38.

update 09-09-08: hold position.
SOL < 18 18 - 18.90 18.91 - 26.5 < 14 06-24-08: sol is another solar company that ipo'd early this year. they make the precursors for solar panel makers like stp. for the long-term trader, sol could easily hit 42 within a year.
update 07-02-08: hold position if it dips under 14. the bears are officially out.
update 09-09-08: double down if it dips under 12.25.
NVDA < 22 17 - 23.10 23.11 - 47 < 17 06-12-08: nvda is rated 5 stars by s&p. competition might increase, but the stock is highly undervalued. for the long-term investor, look to sell around 35.
update 07-02-08: management lowered guidance for the next quarter by as much as 20%. next support is probably around 11.5. look to double down if it breaks 12. sell all shares at the original purchace price.
PBR < 65 57 - 68.25 68.26 - 83 < 57 06-04-08: pbr is more than just an oil company. look to sell around 75.
update 07-22-08: there's no good reason to sell pbr. if one sold, buy it back.
update 08-17-08: double down if it dips under 47.
STP < 46 41 - 48.3 48.31 - 90 < 41 05-22-08: stp is now trading at a very reasonable p/e ratio given it's growth prospects (it's pe/g ratio is less than 1). for the long-term investor, look to sell between 77 and 90. stp is a far superior pick than bac, q, and even v.
update 05-29-08: silly analyst downgrade of other solar companies. don't sell (buy it back if the position was closed). the stock might test support around 28 before it bounces back.
update 09-01-08: sell at 49.5 because the stock has risen about 50% from it's recent lows.
update 09-29-08: double down if it dips under 29.
V < 82 68.5 - 86.1 86.11 - 89.5 < 68.5 05-16-08: v is the new ma, or so everyone thinks. v is overpriced, so be careful; the stock could tank and take a couple years to grow into it's current price. for the long-term trader, look to sell v when it hit's 120 within a year.
update 07-22-08: there's no good reason to sell v. if one sold, buy it back.
update 09-29-08: double down if it drops under 56.
BAC < 36.5 32.5 - 37.8 37.81 - 52 < 32.5 05-16-08: bac might take a while to rebound, but it's a strong company with a nice dividend if you have to wait. look to sell at 45.
update 06-04-08: bac broke support, but partly due to analyst manipulation. the dividend was reiterated. buy back the stock if one sold.
update 06-23-08: bac is down about 30%. there's a lot of speculation right now, but earnings are still expected to grow at a healthy rate once all the bad loans are written off. it's recommended that one double down.
update 07-22-08: bac is making a move. sell when it hits break even at 36.22 or whatever price the original position was opened at.
update 09-29-08: position closed at 38.54 on 9-19-08.
Q < 4.6 4.3 - 4.83 4.84 - 5.75 < 4.3 05-16-08: the q is making money and offering a dividend. their predicted growth is anemic, so don't hold out for too much profit. sell at 5.45.
update 06-12-08: guidance was lowered by management, but not too bad. if one sold, buy it back. if the q goes under 4, sell at break even.
update 07-22-08: sell at 4.8.
SIRI < 7.20 5.8 - 7.59 7.6 - 8.48 < 5.8 update 01-31-06: nothing of note has happened, don't sell. keep a sharp eye, though. if one sold, buy it back.
update 05-02-06: siri is a good buy under 5.
update 09-11-06: siri is a really good buy under 4.
update 05-16-08: siri and xmsr have some serious issues. if the stock is still owned, wait for the merger news. getting back to break even seems unlikely, but sell on strength, not weakness. siri is in better shape than xmsr; as of now, sell when it reaches 4.
update 07-29-08: it's a little risky, but go ahead and double down on siri. don't pay more than 1.51.
XMSR < 30 26.52 - 31.50 31.51 - 36.50 < 26.52 update 01-31-06: nothing of note has happened, don't sell. keep a sharp eye, though. if one sold, buy it back.
update 05-02-06: xmsr has a few financing and legal issues. sell at break even.
update 05-16-08: siri and xmsr have some serious issues. if the stock is still owned, wait for the merger news. getting back to break even seems unlikely, but sell on strength, not weakness. bankruptcy is a legitimate threat. sell at 15.
update 07-29-08: the merger is complete. 4.6 siri shares for each xmsr share. keep the shares for now and follow advice for siri.
